La Vida Hotel is a newly renovated building which holds its historic roots. It was originally the entrance building for the Birmingham Curzon Street station it was constructed in 1838 and was in use until 1966 when the building was left and was made derelict. as it is such an historic part of Birminghams history it is a listed building and protected by the council. With our hotel we aim to bring back a piece of Birminghams history back to the people of Birmingham and the visitors who visit the hotel. we wanted to keep the history still with the building this is why the theme in the rooms that are inside the historic building give a reminder of how special the building and its history is to use.
